Gemm & Garnet was born from the professional and emotional journey of Carolina, a fashion designer who spent several years working within a mass-market women’s lingerie company. It was there that she discovered her passion for lingerie, but also encountered constant limitations: minimal budgets, basic materials, and designs constrained by cost-driven production.

That environment sparked a persistent question: what would happen if lingerie reclaimed the level of craftsmanship, detail, and structure that defines true luxury? What could be created if each piece were crafted with the dedication of haute couture lingerie and the aesthetic presence of premium lingerie designed to celebrate the feminine form?

While designing garments shaped by low-cost requirements, Carolina imagined another universe: luxury lingerie with impeccable finishes, elevated materials, and technical precision—pieces capable of enhancing both the body and a woman’s sense of confidence.
